A range of circumstance and conditions determines the admissions to the various
postgraduate programs. Therefore, students interested in a particular program of study are
strongly encouraged to contact the Head of the Department prior to completing an
application to determine whether openings exist for the current academic year and to
 ascertain specific program requirements.

Selection of applicants is made on a competitive basis, without regard to age, sex, race,
nationality, creed, religion, marital status or disability. A student with a baccalaureate
degree from an accredited institution may apply for study in areas in which competence has
 been demonstrated by scholastic performance.

Applications are made twice a year, usually in June and January and the number of
openings, prerequisites and deadlines are advertised on the University’s and Institute’s web
pages. Prospective students must submit an application to the Institute.
